Role Summary:
As a Brand Associate with MyGate, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients/brands and offering them advertising services. You'll initiate discussions through market visits, emails, calls, and scheduled meetings. Your role includes delivering compelling MyGate sales pitches to convince clients to subscribe to our advertising space.
Responsibilities:
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, including Physical and digital.
  • Budget Management: Managing within the allocated budgets and ensuring that campaigns and projects are executed within allocated resources.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinating with various teams and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting: Preparing and presenting Campaign performance reports.
  • Act as a liaison between our organization and partners.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the operations team.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align internal goals with partner relationships.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of ad-sales/B2B post-sales operations or execution experience
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Conflict resolution and self-motivation
  • A go-getter attitude and willingness to go to the field for lead generation.
  • Ad/Media Sales (Digital and BTL) experience is an advantage
