Launch and Learn: Be hands-on in product launches—from planning go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales to tracking early adoption and feedback. Listen and Adapt: Tap into customer feedback, user behavior, and data insights to iterate quickly and continuously improve the product experience. WhatYouBringtotheTable: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field—your foundation is strong, and your mindset is even stronger. 2+ years of experience in product management. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills—you love diving into data and emerging with actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to collaborate, influence, and bring people together. A team player who thrives in cross-functional environments—building with engineering, designing with UX, and strategizing with business. Proactive and self-driven—you handle ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities, and keep moving forward in fast-paced settings. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum is a bonus—if you speak the language of sprints and stand-ups, even better. Experience with tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, or Tableau is a big plus—data fluency is always a win.
