Job Role and Responsibilities: He/she should have excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills. Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met. Managing accounts and projects independently. Understand and communicate clients' marketing/creative briefs to the creative team. Ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of the client’s project. Plan, create & present roadmaps to the prospective client to win new accounts. Conducting monthly/quarterly account reviews. Experience in handling development clients as well as corporate clients shall be desirable but not essential. Pitching innovative ideas to clients & actively getting involved in winning awards for the organization. Work with the team to plan and implement the best branding strategy for the client. Qualifications: 3+ years of client servicing experience in the advertising industry Brand Strategy and Management skills Strong Communication skills Market Research and Sales skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective teamwork Creative thinking with attention to detail Relevant coursework in Advertising, Marketing, or Business Company Description: VOLUME is a creative communication agency that collaborates with brands to enhance their outreach strategies, focusing on brand growth and development.
