Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
