The company is led by experienced executives from HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, focusing on robust underwriting practices and technology-driven solutions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in Sikar. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the performance of the branch, drive sales of financial products, and ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, implementing business strategies, conducting market analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Additionally, the Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and provide training to team members for achieving branch goals.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, with expertise in branch-level sales operations
Team leadership and staff management, including training and performance evaluation
Knowledge of financial products, credit underwriting, and market analysis
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Familiarity with technology-driven sales practices and data-driven decision-making
Ability to handle targets and deadlines effectively in a competitive environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
Experience in small business lending or retail finance would be beneficial
