Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Baroda. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch sales operations, build and lead high-performing sales teams, and implement strategies to drive loan disbursements. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and identifying business growth opportunities within the local market. The role demands close coordination with other functions to ensure a seamless lending experience for customers.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including generating leads, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets
Team Leadership and Management skills to build, motivate, and oversee branch sales teams
Relationship Management abilities to foster strong customer relationships and maintain client satisfaction
Knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and loan underwriting practices
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in regional market insights and the ability to identify new growth opportunities
Familiarity with technology-driven financial services is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
