Branch Sales Manager

You will play a key role in driving the sales growth and success of Allview India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. as a Branch Sales Manager. This position requires a dedicated and seasoned professional with a proven track record of at least 12 years in sales and management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Leadership:** Lead, mentor, and manage a team of branch staff to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction. - **Sales and Business Development:** Develop strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and meet revenue targets. - **Customer Relations:** Build strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction. - **Service Management:** Oversee service operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines. - **Operations Management:** Efficiently manage branch operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer support. - **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue targets. - **Reporting:** Generate reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial results. - **Compliance:** Ensure all branch activities adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred). - 12+ years of experience in branch management, with a background in consumer electronics and home appliances. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking and ability to drive results in a competitive market. - Knowledge of the LED TV, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, and Washing Machine industry. - Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for branch performance. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,
