HR Recruiter/corporate HR

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter at our location in Noida. As the Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting potential job candidates for various positions within our organization. Your main duties will include working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensuring that we find the most qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and possess 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a similar field. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques is essential, along with experience using applicant tracking software and other HR systems. Your ability to identify top talent, engage candidates effectively, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial. Additionally, possessing strong negotiation and networking skills will be beneficial for success in this position. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from 30,000.00 to 70,000.00 per month, along with benefits such as PF, Joining Bonus, Health Insurance, Food allowance, and Incentives. The job requires you to work the day shift from Monday to Saturday at our location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
