Branch Sales Manager

You will play a key role in driving the sales growth and success of Allview India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as a Branch Sales Manager. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales and management, you will oversee the operations for LED TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines across pan India branches. As the Branch Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and managing a team of branch staff to achieve excellent performance and customer satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and meet or exceed revenue targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, dealers, distributors, and retailers will be crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will oversee service operations for various products, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance services. Efficient management of branch operations, including inventory, logistics, and customer support, will be essential to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing the branch's budget, optimizing costs while meeting revenue targets. Generating regular reports on branch performance, sales, service operations, and financial results, and presenting these findings to senior management will be part of your role. Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with 12+ years of experience in branch management, particularly in the consumer electronics and home appliances industry. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities will be required.
