WORK LOCATION- BAHRAIN ,DIRECT FROM COMPANY , NO SERVICE CHARGES.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of the branch dealing in mobile accessories, IT peripherals, and related technology products. The role involves managing sales teams, maintaining strong supplier and dealer relationships, ensuring effective inventory management, and driving business growth in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for mobile accessories and IT products.
  • Identify new business opportunities, dealers, and distribution channels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the region.
  • Manage B2B relationships with retailers, resellers, and institutional clients.

2. Branch Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch including sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit control procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting for all branch activities.

3. Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales and support teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Set performance goals and review team productivity regularly.
  • Conduct periodic training on product knowledge, sales skills, and customer handling.

4. Customer & Supplier Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, suppliers, and OEM partners.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and promotional deals with suppliers and clients.

5. Financial & Administrative Control

  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit limits.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales, stock, and financial performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in sales or branch operations within mobile accessories, IT products, or electronics distribution.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends, wholesale distribution channels, and product range.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar).
