Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of Unit Sales Managers (USMs) who oversee agents and brokers.Implement the sales plan to achieve the desired objectives for the channel.Achieve assigned PMS targets through intermediaries managed by the USMs and newly acquired intermediaries.Proactively address and resolve issues while fostering strong relationships with the team and health agents.Coordinate effectively with other departments, including Underwriting (U/W), Claims, and Operations.
