Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves achieving branch sales targets, conducting market analyses, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The manager will also oversee team performance, mentor team members, and coordinate with internal departments to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and create effective sales strategies
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, or freight forwarding industry is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving consistent revenue growth
