We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our team in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve branch sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing and housing loan products. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
