We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our affordable housing finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the sales performance of the branch team to achieve business targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the affordable housing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to expand business opportunities. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of affordable housing finance products and services. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Experience working with teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
