Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase business development. Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to achieve sales targets and improve performance. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget. Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, implementing necessary measures to prevent losses. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business success. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve exceptional results.
