Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in Inclusive Banking, SBL, and Mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost business growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive product development and innovation.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Branch Manager in Retail banking or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Inclusive Banking, SBL, and Mortgages products and services.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans to capitalize on opportunities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
