Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and expansion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in branch management or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
Experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role, is an advantage.
