Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience and be based in Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase market share.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management within the BFSI industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with a focus on customer needs.
