Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and be based in Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
