Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
