Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Inclusive Banking, SBL, and Mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail banking or a related field, with a focus on mortgages and inclusive banking.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses to drive business growth.
