Job Title: Branch Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Category: Retail Banking Department: Retail Banking > Branch Banking > Branch Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India Additional Parameters Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Sound understanding of banking regulations and compliance Proficient in MS Office and banking software Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and administration Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and increase profitability Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's products and services Monitor and ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development opportunities for team members Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Collaborate with other departments and senior management to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of banking products and services Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
