Job Summary: The Finance Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department. Key Responsibilities: ● Maintenance of Tally accounting : Make daily entries in Tally, keeping data updated, and maintaining the data in the drive. ● General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. ● Reconciliation: Maintain bank reconciliation data monthly ● Income analysis: Maintain processes for income booking and provision as per records. ● Accounting for Mutual funds & other income sources: Booking of entries and maintain the relevant data ● Fixed Asset Register: Maintenance of Fixed asset register ● Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections, and informing relevant parties. ● Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, including GST (including RCM concept workings), TDS (including TDS return and data maintenance), 15 CA/CB and other statutory requirements. ● Auditing: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and addressing audit queries ● Due Diligence & any regulatory compliance : Assist in the preparation for due diligence and application for any regulatory compliance licenses. ● Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. ● Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making. ● Intercompany transaction: Maintain inter group company transactions ● System Improvements: Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Job Title: Telecalling Collections Executive Experience Required: Minimum 2 Yrs+ Location: KPHB Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Industry: [Finance / Banking / NBFC / BPO / Collections Agency, etc.] Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Collections Executive with at least 2 years of experience in debt recovery or collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting defaulters via phone to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments. Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely recovery. Maintain detailed records of calls, payment status, and customer interactions in the system. Negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies. Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate team or supervisor. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all interactions. Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or telecalling (preferably in financial services, telecom, or utility sectors). Strong communication and negotiation skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. Familiarity with collections software or CRM systems is a plus. Ability to handle difficult conversations and objections calmly and professionally. Target-oriented and able to work under pressure. Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory if experience is relevant). Experience in handling unsecured or secured loan collections.
