Job Summary:

Branch Manager Affordable LAP & Secured Loans

branch business targets while ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Affordable LAP and Secured Loan portfolio.
• Build, onboard, and manage

  DSAs, Connectors, and Loan Agents

  for consistent business generation.
• Source business through

  direct / open market channels

  such as walk-ins, referrals, and local networks (builders, property dealers, CAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to

  cross-sell loan products

  to existing customers.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring process efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide training, and drive productivity improvements.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships to ensure long-term growth.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience:

  4 to 8 years in

  Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP)

  and

  Secured Loans

  .

• Team Handling:

  Minimum 1 year of experience managing sales teams.

• Product Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of retail lending products, loan processes, and credit policies.

• Channel Experience:

  Exposure to DSA / Connector and open market sales preferred.

• Communication:

  Excellent negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Location:

  Candidates based in the

  local market

  preferred.

Preferred skills :

• Proven experience in

  Affordable LAP

  and

  Secured Loan Sales

• Strong

  DSA / Connector network management

  skills
• Ability to drive business through

  open market sourcing

  and

  cross-selling

• Excellent

  team leadership

  and

  people management

  abilities
• Good understanding of

  credit assessment

  and

  loan documentation
