Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Kolkata

Salary: 6 8 LPA

Qualification:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate

MBA preferred

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in the General Insurance sector

Job Overview

We re looking for someone who can take charge of the full branch operations basically someone who can balance sales, admin work, and team leadership without losing sight of targets. The role needs a person who understands both motor and non-motor insurance products and can drive business mainly through the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations covering both sales and administration.

Guide and motivate an on-roll team of Marketing Executives to meet performance goals.

Drive business growth across motor and non-motor insurance products.

Strengthen the agency channel and ensure consistent delivery through unified distribution.

Monitor branch performance closely and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth service delivery.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory norms.

Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of general insurance (motor and non-motor).

Good leadership and team-handling abilities.

Target-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with branch-level operations and decision-making.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.
