Job Description:Job Title: Branch Manager - Freight Forwarding – Ahmedabad

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our freight forwarding sales function. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and mentor a sales team while delivering measurable business results.

Job Responsibility

Manage overall branch operations, sales, and team performance
Drive business growth and ensure profitability of the branch
Oversee operations, customer service, and team coordination
Set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors
Lead branch-level strategic planning and market expansion effortsKey Skills:Mandatory:
Strong industry network and knowledge of freight markets (air/sea/road)
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office

Target Industry: Freight Forwarding

Gender: Open

Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Working Days: 5 days (Work from Home on Saturdays)

Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm or 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA, MBA, or related field)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
