We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager with 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC/Banking industry to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with exposure to products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans/Small Business Loan segments. This position is based in Zirakpur/Panchkula/Chandigarh.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage a team of 10-12 Sales Officers to achieve business targets.
Originate loans (both secured and unsecured) and manage relationships with Channel partners and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with relevant authorities and departments for case approvals.
Engage with Credit, Operations, and Clients for effective and smooth case closure.
Provide regular services to customers and address their future needs.
Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management and collections from overdue customers.
Hire, retain, and train the team to achieve strong growth in the locations under coverage.
Manage overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch.
