Candidate should have good knowledge of Bangalore market Current CTC – Candidate should be in the range of INR 4.5 to 5.0 lac (max salary) with the current organization. Can be from Any Vertical fron Life Insurance Industry- Agency/ Direct/Banca. Must be confident Must have good communication skills and convincing power. Life Insurance Sales - Branch Manager Job Description The Life Insurance Sales - Branch Manager is responsible for managing the branch's sales activities, ensuring growth through effective sales strategies, and leading a team of Relationship Managers to achieve their targets. This role demands a thorough understanding of Life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance standards. ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations and Sales of the branch office. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance Relationship Managers. Evaluate the performance of Relationship Managers and provide regular feedback. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Drive the branch to meet or exceed sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the insurance industry. Proven experience in a leadership or management role. Strong understanding of life insurance products and sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales metrics and implement strategic improvements.
