Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:
Drive branch-level sales targets by acquiring new retail customers through direct selling of Life insurance products.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of Direct Sales Executives/Advisors. Set performance goals and review productivity regularly.
Business Development:
Identify local market opportunities, customer segments, and partnerships to drive new business.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure superior customer service and long-term retention by delivering a seamless onboarding and servicing experience.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines, maintain all documentation, and drive ethical sales practices.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor daily sales performance, track funnel metrics, and provide regular business updates to the zonal/area heads.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Life Insurance, with at least 2 years in team handling (preferably in health/life insurance or Direct / Agency Channel).
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred).
