Job Description

A two-wheeler automobile branch manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, and ensures customer satisfaction. They are responsible for sales, service, and overall branch performance, including achieving financial targets, implementing business strategies, and maintaining a positive brand image. Key duties include leading the sales team, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management:Leading and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer complaints, and building customer loyalty.
  • Operational Management:Overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient workflow within the branch.
  • Staff Management:Hiring, training, and supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management:Managing the branch budget, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability.
  • Compliance:Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Business Development:Identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract new customers, and expanding the customer base.
  • Reporting and Analysis:Preparing reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Relationship Building:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
  • Training and Development:Providing training and development opportunities for staff to improve their skills and performance.

Specific Responsibilities Related to Service:

  • Managing the service team and ensuring efficient and timely repairs.
  • Monitoring technician productivity and quality of work.
  • Ensuring compliance with warranty procedures and policies.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized service area.
  • Handling customer complaints related to service issues.

Specific Responsibilities Related to Parts:

  • Managing the parts department and ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Supervising parts staff and ensuring efficient processing of orders.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for parts.
  • Monitoring parts sales and inventory levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with parts-related policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,992.19 - ₹35,000.00 per month
