Job Summary: As a Sales and Relationship Manager at Varun Motors, you will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role involves understanding customer needs, guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey. Key Responsibilities: Engage walk-in and digital leads to convert into sales Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile models Conduct test drives and explain features, finance, and insurance options Ensure timely follow-up for delivery, service, and feedback Maintain accurate records in CRM; coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery Handle customer queries and ensure a positive post-sale experience.
