Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. You will drive business growth, manage a team of financial advisors, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
• Achieve branch targets for sales, revenue, and client acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the branch’s customer base and product portfolio.
• Mentor, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers, Advisors, and support staff.
• Monitor branch performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other branches and corporate teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equities, and Wealth Management solutions.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
