Job Description

1. Team Management and Target Achievement:

  • Ensure Sufficient Staffing at all times.
  • Conduct Daily Morning Hurdles. Hear & resolve Employee related or other Concerns.
  • Act with Highest Standard of Integrity.
  • Ensure Attendance of all Staff in HR, Functional & other Trainings.
  • Reiterate collection & Company code of Conduct on Periodic Basis.
  • Work in Collaboration with Collection Team to achieve desired collection efficiency.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

3. Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure All bills are Submitted with Accounts Dept. in Time.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure CCTV is working Properly in Branches, In case of any difficulties, mail to Admin team.
  • Ensure Notice Board Compliance along with Maintenance of Statutory Registers (Visitor & Customer (Complain Register) in Branch. For any gap, pl coordinate with Compliance Team at HO.
