Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Hathras. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, manage the branch team, and ensure targets are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with the head office, developing strategies to improve productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also handle loan disbursements, collections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in branch management, team leadership, and customer service
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of loan products
Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Understanding of local market conditions and the MSME sector
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
