Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cosmetology clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinic management, customer service, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction, and maintaining the clinic’s operations to meet financial and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cosmetologists, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss clinic goals, updates, and any issues.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused environment and ensure excellent service standards are met.
  • Clinic Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and in line with company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain clinic inventory, ensuring that all products and equipment are stocked and well-maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies.
  • Manage patient flow, scheduling, and ensure minimal wait times and a positive client experience.
  • Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring the achievement of financial goals, including revenue targets and cost control.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and make adjustments as necessary to improve profitability.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and increase client retention, including promotional offers and loyalty programs.
  • Customer Relations & Marketing:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote the clinic’s services, including digital marketing, social media, and local outreach.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in cosmetology and beauty treatments to provide relevant services to clients.
  • Quality Control & Service Excellence:
  • Ensure all services meet the clinic's quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure adherence to industry best practices and clinic procedures.
  • Implement client feedback systems to continuously improve services and client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications:
  • MBA(preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
