Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations of a branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff: Hire, train, and manage staff across multiple departments
  • Monitor operations: Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks
  • Develop strategies: Create and implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
  • Resolve customer issues: Resolve customer queries and complaints, and collect their feedback
  • Coordinate with district manager: Discuss sales strategies, finances, operations, and other details with the district manager
  • Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
