Job Description

The Branch Head in the ABP Channel will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and managing relationships with Alternate Business Partners. This role requires strong leadership to achieve sales targets, ensure operational excellence, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining excellent partner and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and develop the branch team to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales through Alternate Business Partners and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new ABPs to expand the business network.
Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews for the branch team.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to bridge gaps.
Ensure high standards of compliance, operational control, and service delivery.
Represent the branch in market-level business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
7-10 years in sales/branch management, preferably in life insurance.
