Role Overview

The Branch Head is responsible for driving branch admissions, achieving sales targets, managing end-to-end branch operations, leading the team, and implementing business development and marketing activities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets.
  
• Plan and execute marketing activities within the region.
  
• Identify and tap new B2B & B2C markets.
  
• Meet school principals, coordinators, and management for business generation.
  
• Conduct seminars in schools, townships, corporate setups, and open forums.
  
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and competition tracking.
  

Student Cycle Management

• Oversee prospecting, counseling, admissions, orientation, and ongoing support.
  
• Ensure high-quality interaction with parents and educational institutions.
  
• Guarantee quick resolution of queries and grievances.
  

Team & Operations Management

• Educate and train sales & operations staff on products and services.
  
• Ensure daily governance of sales activities and admissions.
  
• Maintain strong coordination with academic and branch teams.
  
• Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of products.
  
• Handle issues related to employees, pricing, and sales conflicts.
  
• Manage end-to-end branch operations and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare MIS reports as per business requirements.
  
• Track and report competition activity.
  
• Participate in events to boost market share.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in consultative sales.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  
• Regional South Indian language proficiency (mandatory for South).
  
• High energy, positive attitude, and business acumen.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
  
• MBA preferred.
  
• Industry preference: Education, Training, Teaching, Insurance, Pharma, or similar sales-focused sectors.
