Job Title: Branch Product Head Industrial Motors

Location: Kolkata

Experience Required: 10-20 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the Industrial Motor product

portfolio at the branch level. The role involves driving product strategy, business growth,

channel development, and stakeholder engagement for the Industrial Motors segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Industrial Motor product category for the branch and drive P&L responsibility.

• Develop and execute product strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and market-share

targets.

• Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and OEM clients to

expand business.

• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy for Industrial

Motors.

• Support technical teams and customers with product training, demonstrations, and

solution design.

• Coordinate with central product, marketing, and supply chain teams for demand

planning and product availability.

• Identify new business opportunities, applications, and industry segments for growth.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support and post-sales coordination.

Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech with strong experience in Industrial Motors (mandatory).

• 1018 years of experience in product management, sales, or business development

within the Industrial Motor industry.

• Deep understanding of LV motors, industrial applications, channels, and OEM

ecosystems.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder

management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive business outcomes.
