  Front Office Executive / Booking Executive – Car Rentals Location : Bengaluru (Bangalore) Company Overview We are a growing car rental startup based in Bengaluru, catering to corporate clients and direct customers. Our services include airport transfers, local city travel, outstation trips, wedding travel, and customized car rental solutions. We focus on reliability, customer satisfaction, and long-term client relationships. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Front Office / Booking Executive to manage end-to-end taxi and car rental bookings. The role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating with drivers, tracking trips, managing payments, collecting feedback, and ensuring repeat business from satisfied customers. Key Responsibilities Booking & Customer Handling Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms Manage bookings for: Airport transfers Local city rentals Outstation car rentals Wedding & event travel Corporate travel requirements Share quotations, confirm bookings, and update customers with trip details Maintain accurate booking records and customer details Driver & Trip Coordination Coordinate with deployed car drivers for timely vehicle reporting Share trip details, pickup locations, and customer instructions with drivers Track vehicles from reporting time till trip completion Resolve on-trip issues such as delays, route changes, or customer concerns Payment & Billing Management Track payments from guests and corporate clients Follow up for pending payments and ensure timely collection Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment reconciliation Customer Experience & Retention Collect post-trip feedback from customers Address complaints or service issues professionally Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and recurring bookings Support upselling and cross-selling of services when appropriate Administrative & Reporting Update daily booking and trip status reports Maintain driver availability and vehicle allocation records Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards Required Skills & Qualifications 10th / 12th / Graduate 1–3 years of experience in car rental, travel, taxi operations, or hospitality preferred Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus) Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, booking systems, WhatsApp, email) Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Preferred Attributes Experience handling corporate travel clients Familiarity with Bengaluru routes, airport operations, and outstation destinations Ability to work in shifts and handle peak booking hours Calm under pressure and solution-focused What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling startup Performance-based incentives Friendly and collaborative work environment Exposure to corporate and premium travel clients
