Falcon Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Booking Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the reservation process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests.

• Customer Service:
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers regarding reservations, availability, pricing, and other related matters.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Process reservations:
• Receive and process reservation requests through various channels (phone, email, online booking systems).
• Enter reservation details accurately into the booking system.
• Confirm reservations with customers and provide necessary information (confirmation numbers, arrival/departure times, payment details).
• Manage and update reservation records.
• Maintain accurate records:
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all booking records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, pricing, and special offers.
• Generate reports on booking activity as required.
• Provide excellent customer service:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Other duties as assigned:
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
