Required Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, especially in FTL/PTL verticals. Strong network with shippers, SMEs, and industrial clients in Bangalore and surrounding areas. Knowledge of pricing, routing, and vehicle types (open trucks, containers, trailers). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. KPIs / Metrics: Number of new FTL/PTL clients onboarded. Monthly freight volume (in tons or trips). Revenue generated per account.
