Booking Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for booking appropriate candidates into shifts by considering the correct healthcare specialty, candidate location, and client type. Your tasks will involve accurately navigating systems with speed, following an end-to-end process at pace, and inputting booking information onto all relevant systems. Additionally, you will be expected to develop professional relationships with peers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and book the appropriate candidate to the correct specialty, location, and client - Accurately navigate systems at speed - Follow an end-to-end process and repetitive shift booking process with speed and accuracy - Input booking information onto all relevant systems - Develop and foster professional relationships with peers and colleagues - Ensure all targets are met or exceeded - Adhere to Company internal and external policies and procedures - Perform any other duties as advised by the Sales Consultant and Team Leader Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proactive and results-oriented mindset - Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Organized, quick learner, and competitive - Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems - Ability to work in a team and manage own workload Location: Noida, Sector 62 (onsite) Shift Timings: Rotational UK Shifts,
