Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Sales position located in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining sales records. Day-to-day tasks also include assisting customers with product selection, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring the smooth running of sales operations. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities Experience in Training for sales roles Proven track record in handling customer interactions and problem-solving Ability to work well under pressure and within a team Prior experience in the logistics or express transportation industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
