Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Nashik. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer service, managing customer support tickets, and improving the overall customer experience. The role may also involve coordinating with different departments to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in handling customer interactions through various channels (phone, email, chat)
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
