Booking Coordinator

Role Overview As a Booking Coordinator at a CQC-registered healthcare staffing agency, your primary role will involve managing shift requests from clients, coordinating candidate availability, and ensuring smooth bookings. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be crucial. You will be instrumental in efficiently scheduling nurses, healthcare assistants, and support workers while upholding compliance and service standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage incoming shift requests from NHS Trusts, care homes, and private providers. - Match candidates to client requirements based on skills, location, and compliance status. - Confirm and allocate shifts, sending booking confirmations to clients and candidates. - Fill last-minute bookings and cover cancellations proactively. - Maintain updated records of candidate availability and shift schedules. Candidate & Client Support - Keep candidates informed about upcoming shifts, cancellations, and rota updates. - Provide exceptional service to clients to meet their staffing needs promptly. - Escalate any issues such as non-attendance or client concerns to the recruitment/compliance team. Compliance & Administration - Ensure only fully compliant candidates are booked for shifts. - Collaborate with the compliance team to monitor candidate status, including DBS checks and training. - Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM and generate reports on bookings and candidate activity.,
