This role demands a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and market expansion, ideally with a successful track record in managing enterprise-level accounts and complex service deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting global and regional markets (e.g., North America, EMEA, APAC). Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in IT services (e.g., application development, cloud, digital transformation, managed services). Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to shape solutions and proposals. Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to identify new opportunities. Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer meetings. Required Skills and Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in IT services sales/business development, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of enterprise IT services, digital transformation trends, and customer pain points. Experience in managing sales cycles with large enterprises, including RFPs, solutioning, pricing, and negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think strategically and translate client needs into business opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with Tier-1 IT service providers or fast-growing tech consulting firms. Global client exposure and willingness to travel as needed.
