Position: US Recruiter (Fresher)

Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)

Shift: US Night Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Mon–Fri)

Salary: 18k To 20k

Location: T- Junction, Bopal-Ambli Road, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ahmedabad- 380058

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview

coordination, offer negotiation.

• Utilize job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, etc.) and Boolean

search, social media, referrals.

• Assist in client coordination—understand requirements, maintain feedback loops, and

update ATS.

• Handle offer management: discuss compensation, reference checks, and facilitate

smooth onboarding.

• Regularly update candidate database and maintain recruitment metrics and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE/Computer Science/IT preferred; others acceptable)

• Strong written & spoken English; ability to converse with native US professionals.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer proficiency.

• Proactive attitude, target-driven mindset, excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to night-shifts consistently and work in a fast-paced environment.
