As a US Recruiter based in Hyderabad, your role will involve sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications. Collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process will also be part of your responsibilities.
