Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to identify potential candidates for various IT roles.

• Resume Screening: Review and assess resumes to determine candidate qualifications and fit for specific job requirements.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary.

• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.

• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation is must.

• Experience: 6+ month of US Recruitment experience .

• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies is advantageous.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and technologies.
